”The room was good with a nice view of the sea. The pool was very large and nice to come back to after a day on the beach. The only issue I had was a bad smell around the pool area. It could be a temporary issue but it was rather unpleasant. ”

”We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back. I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. Do not book at this...

”Temizlik çok kötüydü. Yatağı ilk açtığımız anda saç kılları ile karşılaştık. Dahada kötüsü personel. Sabah saat 7.30 da mobilyaları çekerek temizlik yapmak nasıl bir anlayış anlamadık. Ayrıca tesiste sürekli bir makina çakışma sesi var. Yemekler çok kötü Otele ait deniz kıyısı çok kötü, büfe dahi yok ”

”So nice and lovely hotel in such a beautiful & friendful village Ormos Maranthokampos in Samos.
The position is in the middle of the village but still so peaceful. Our room (suite) was very roomy, the furniture was a bit ascetic - but hey - the island itself was something that we were about to explore.
Staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist lady handled everything that we needed, and during our visit the taxis were in strike.
We truly recommend this hotel.”
