”I would not go back and would not recommend this place. The rooms were very basic, the service and food were below average. Some staff members at the restaurants were rather rude. The water in all pools was dirty, doesn't look like it gets changed very often. During the check-in we were told that we are getting a free upgrade and will be in an ocean-view room. When we got to our room, it was NOT an ocean view. The beach was okay. I have been to other Riu resorts before, and this is the worst of...

”Basic accomodation with great location by the North beach. The beach is great and you will have walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The room is very simple and there were not even cups or glasses. Towels and bedlinen good and a small fridge great. I had to keep the curtains closed as there is a corridoor next to the window so everyone can see to the room if the curtain is open. But here, you will enjoy the beach and the food and the drinks, and do not stay in the room anyway.”

”Beautiful place with nice rooms. Small but very convenient with very helpful and friendly staff. The Beach Club connection was a big plus. Minor areas of improvement are a watercooker for tea (for international guests) and a more divers breakfast instead of only pancakes.”

”Really loud hotel, the main road is loud and with the lack of insulation, you can hear every single golf cart, scooter and music coming from the restaurants. Some restaurant was playing music until 2am and even with noice cancelling headphones, sleeping was difficult.
Otherwise quite clean hotel, friendly staff who knows english.

”Loved our stay at Nautibeach! The Mayan restaurant there was very good. Really nice location to stay in as well. Within a 5 min walk you’re already near lots of restaurants and shops. Pool was always kept very clean. Definitely recommend. I had a garden view.”
