”I stayed in the hotel for a single night alone during my trip to England. The location is rather remote from the main city centre and the surroundings near the hotel are a bit dodgy, without any services nearby. ”Hotels.com reservation did not work. I had the reservation number - they would not accept it and did not contact hotels.com right away. I had to get a screenshot from reservation after 45 minutes of struggle with mobiles and wifis. And after this they deny that we had breakfast included. Because there is no evidence of that... They did not even say sorry. Kindness level was worse than any hotel I've ever been in Finland.”

My husband and I were bitten by insect bugs!!!!
The place has got very old furniture, sticky surfaces, dirty and unpleasant odour!!!
The four corners of the room had insects blood stains.
Some of the lights were broken, the heated towel rail was not working, the heater was on timer and stopped working, the shower pressure was low!!!
The restaurant was shut and not receptionist available after 19:30!!!”
