”The place is good enough for a one-night stay for a big group such as a family of 6 like us. The international breakfast buffet also have a great variety that cater to various taste buds and someone who like to experience various cuisine like me. I enjoyed the room temperature swimming pool as well, especially in the chilling weather in Cameron. However, the room conditions is not fantastic and hence, it is good for just one to two nights. The customer service is good enough.”

”Nice hotel with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Room and bathroom were a little dated but all clean and tidy. Balcony made for great views and ability to have door and windows open at all times, which is good as there is no air con (it's not too hot there anyway). Location isn't perfect unless you're happy to walk but it's about a 15 min walk to the Golden Hills Night Markets, then a further 10mins to shops. There is a restaurant at hotel, but also a Steam Boat Restaurant next door...

”The service at reseption was bad. We arrived with paid reservation with all printed documents and they said they never heard of hotels.com and didnt have the room and we should make new reservation and pay again. It took us 2hours to make them admit that we are right and finally make the call to hotels.com and confirm its alright. Then they offered us a poorer room. We had to self ask for compensation for being angry, hungry and lost all evening to this. We finally got compensated with better...

”This hotel has not been well maintained and was a bit over-priced. I had a deluxe room, but the room was not very well cleaned, towels ans sheets were not very well washed and the shower didn't work properly. It's an OK hotel to stay if you spend your days hiking etc but the room is not particularly cozy. The wifi is quite poor but this seems to be an issue in the whole village. The hiking routes are great!”

”Decent hotel for one night stay for the price that I’m paying so you pay for what you get. Overall ok location though not sure why the reception isn’t at the front of the building next to the road but one has to walk down an alley to another building. The building has seen better times and definitely would do with some renovations. Basic cleanliness but the sheets had lipstick and dirt stains, and bed was pretty rock hard. ”
