”Everything about this hotel is awesome. Except for.... you must make sure you tell the Grab driver the correct hotel. There are 2 locations of 1969s. lol.... I booked the wrong one and went to the wrong one. They are so nice that they helped me transferred my room to the correct location from the incorrect one. ”

”The service at reseption was bad. We arrived with paid reservation with all printed documents and they said they never heard of hotels.com and didnt have the room and we should make new reservation and pay again. It took us 2hours to make them admit that we are right and finally make the call to hotels.com and confirm its alright. Then they offered us a poorer room. We had to self ask for compensation for being angry, hungry and lost all evening to this. We finally got compensated with better...
