”Alan at the front counter was so nice and friendly as well as all other staff even the bell man and the staff helping us open the connecting door. The hotel i heard is dated but amazingly feels new and clean. Super spacious, infinity pool was huge and no one was swimming there the 4 times we swam! Free breakfast and siu yeh was excellent. The fact that they have a Ipoh coffee machine is just making me want to take another 15 hour flight and 2 hour car ride just to go to the hotel and stay...

”The staffs were all accommodating, friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed throughout the 4 days 3 nights stay. The waterpark experience was so pleasant, the lifeguard was very attentive. The breakfast selection was variety and the taste satisfied our tastebuds. The island hopping activity is a must try! Sea Mosses staffs were very good in coordinating the trip.”

”Hinta-laatusuhde ei ole lainkaan kohdallaan. Uima-altaan pohjassa laattoja oli vaarallisen paljon irti. Piti varoa astumista, jotta ei tule vahinkoa. ”

”Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Two restaurant options for breakfast. Good location just near by the old town, but still on the quiet street. Room was clean and comfy. There is a gym you can use for free. Loved to stay there, really good value for money! ”

”Swimming pool was closed without inform us, the owner only let me know after I checked in. My daughter felt very upset because she couldn't use the pool and why I needed to pay more for the pool. Owner doesn't know to communicate with me through Expedia's platform, very inefficient. I won't be use this property again.”

”Very nice apartment and helpful staff. Great amenities especially the infinity pool! Would stay again!”

”Was surprised that I need to pay for additional pillow request. Carpark below the hotel very limited and have to park far away. Needed to top up RM 25 each night to change to o room with window as expedia booking was a windowless room.”

”Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos. Sauber und das Personal war super freundlich. Der Stadtkern ist in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.”

”Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall.”

”Huone oli kaikin puolin hyvä. Ainoat pettymykset kohdistuvat hotellin ravintolaan.”

”Many places to explore and easy go around and also fun water park.”

”部屋があまり広くないのは仕方ないこととして、身の回り品や着替えなど、物を置く場所がない。 立地条件はよい。回りに多くのレストランがある。 スタッフの対応は丁寧だった。”

”Really lovely and unique little hotel in Ipoh. Loved the chilled Bali vibe (and vast selection of Balinese and Western breakfast choices!) We had the room with outdoor deck and koi pond. You do get mosquitos but can ask for mosquito coils for the outdoor area and for the room to be sprayed while you’re out, so it was all very manageable. Aircon was a bit temperamental, could never get it quite right, but tbh that was the single biggest gripe so not much really. Although on a quiet road,...
