”The staff were excellent. The room was clean. We had the mountain view and the view was gorgeous.
They have a nice restaurant and an excellent complimentary breakfast.
A problem we had was the room became cold in the evenings/nights. Because of the central HVAC, we could not set our thermostat to heat.
The hotel property was clean, however the area around the property was not very clean.
The hotel is very close to the Dalai Lama temple.
Overall, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. ”

”The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. ”The room matches western standards and this is fine. It is comfortable. However, there are three points that I must highlight:
1) There is a fitness center just beside the hotel and, when people train there and lift weights, you get the feeling that someone is demolishing a building because the people in the fitness studio don't put the weights back slowly as it should be during a training, they simply let them fall down!
