”The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. ...

”My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Rhino Land Jungle Lodge. The staff were very professional and helped us design trip during our stay. The Lodge is located centrally so that you can get out and eat at restaurants or stay and eat at the lodge. Plenty of things to do and see in town. Highly recommended.”

”This hotel is excellent in condition, we stayed in a family room, the bathroom was one of the biggest if compared to other properties.
The breakfast was satisfactory, not many options for the vegetarians, but not bad either.
Their lunch and dinner menu is a bit expensive than the Restaurants outside. The trips they organise are expensive. Rather book your own trips directly with the Tour agents in the market which is within the 1000 metre radius.

”The owner accommodated us in another property inside the city limits stating that their property is under repair ! The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool.
Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area.
The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. When I questioned, he disappeared from...

”It was an excellent experience staying at this hotel. Staffs were great and the rooms were awesome. Highly knowledgable naturalists and friendly owner. They are always ready to help guests. Centerpark Resort made my Sauraha experience marvellous.

”We loved our stay at Chitwan Tiger Camp! The staff were very helpful and friendly, food was the best we had in all our Nepal travels, and the location was great- right on the river in front of the jungle entrance! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the facilities overall were wonderful! Thank you Chitwan Tiger Camp team!”

”This place is a basic bungalow and for the price you can get something similar for much cheaper. In the middle of the night, a rat crawled across the floor and startled my girlfriend a lot. In the morning, we packed and I booked a hotel somewhere else at 4 am. We couldn’t stay here because we found it very dirty and not worth the price at all. It was very grimy and not even inexpensive for the location. I’d recommend staying somewhere else for the price or less. ”
