”During my stay, my wallet went missing from my hotel room. I had left it on the desk because shops were closed on polling day. When I returned to my room later that day, the wallet was no longer there. CCTV footage confirmed that I had taken my wallet into the room the previous night. This means it disappeared while it was outside the room. When I reported the issue, the manager (LP) said he was “not able to help” and refused to provide records showing who had entered my room while I was out....

”Good location very near Thamel, but on a bit quieter street so less noise. Hot shower, very good breakfast. The basic room had no window and could have been cleaner (stains on sheets). Wifi in the room worked fine, nice view over the city from the roof terrace.”

Near several locations you can walk to and explore. The airport collection was really easy. Good wifi in all areas of the hotel. Would stay here again and at other Barahi group properties. ”
