Outside noice carries inside really bad and at winter time the room is really chilly. Only positive thing about the room was okay shower and these nice heating lamps at the bathroom. ”

”Old and tired rooms. Convenient location but in desperate need of a Reno. Noisey rooms. Don’t expect to sleep well here. Busy street with Tram, traffic and drunken st Kilda party goer noise. Parking is an extra $25 per night. So keep that in mind when budgeting and comparing options.”

”This hotel needs to be shutdown. It is absolutely filthy and not fit for human occupancy. The tiny room had not been cleaned properly in YEARS!
