I prepaid for a two-night stay and expected a routine check-in experience. Unfortunately, my arrival was anything but welcoming.
After waiting in line behind a large group, another front desk employee called me to his counter. From the start, he was unfriendly, did not greet me, and provided little to no communication throughout the check-in process. After taking my ID, he placed it on the counter instead of handing it back to me, despite my hand being extended to receive it.

”I was in town for a funeral and was only there for one night but had to be moved because the AC unit had a loud screeching noise in the first room. I was pleased with the second room until I found out that the lights near the bathroom sink/shower area wouldn’t come on but I was too physically and mentally exhausted to move again (I just wanted to shower and get some rest).
