”The room was nice and modern and clean but they only had one elevator running when we arrived and it was running extremely slowly servicing 5 floors. It was very inconvenient as we had to wait 5-10 minutes every time we needed to use the elevator. On the 2nd day (day of checkout) BOTH elevators were out of service and we had to carry all our stuff down the stairs. When I went to inquire about how long it would be down they were very unhelpful and unsympathetic to the fact it was almost time for...

”The room was not clean. Looked like dog food kibble on the floor when we arrived. It was still there when we left. The “accessible bathroom was not accessible. You still had to climb over a high tub to get in and sit on a bench. Beds were never made and I had to ask for clean towels. They did not bring wash clothes so I had to go downstairs to get some.”
