”Room clean, but a lot of cobwebs at the top of the head board. Topper mattress was lumpy in the middle of the bed. Room was only cleaned on day of arrive, bin emptied on second day and cups cleaned. Recreptoon staff and bar staff lovely. Breakfast nice apart from cold coffee and toast.”

”Plenty of Parking-Nice outside area to sit and have a drink. Executive Rooms have very large room and bathroom with jacuzzi bath & walk in Shower. No A/C,Fridge or Safe !! Room 17 located over the Lounge so quite noisy when Function on. Spa good but only a Plunge Pool plus Jacuzzi,Steam and Sauna facilities. Breakfast over priced.”

”The parking lot needs repaving!!! It is horrendous. For reals. The exterior is a bit shabby. The lobby is spectacular. The room was big and comfy. Please remove all carpet; it is a disgusting health hazzard. Otherwise, room interior and WC was very pleasent. There is a kettle and tea/coffee. Pool was cute. Jacuzzi nice. Lovely atrium. Staff nvery nice. Had a bit of a problem with food services woman who didn't know we had already paid. It is right across the street from the beach. Restaurants...

”Stayed for one night to collect son from Uni (Bay campus). Convenient location to Bay campus plus easy to get out to Waterfall Country for a hike and the Mumbles for breakfast. Close to waterfront marina for dinner. Room was great and perfect for one night stay. Only gripe was no aircon and it was a warm stuffy night.”

”The staff without exception were excellent. They were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The cooked breakfast was good on both mornings. The internal appearance of the restaurant, breakfast room and lounge was very pleasing. Our room was small but adequate for a short stay. Bed linen and towels were immaculate. Negatives. Hotel supplied winter duvets which were much too warm for June. Both nights were therefore uncomfortably wam. We stayed a Sunday and Monday night and the restaurant...
