”The room we received was a handicap room, on the 2nd floor-what if someone with a handicap needed that room-what if they wanted to take a shower, there was a tub in this room-what if there was a fire & the elevator was not working-very important things to think about Also, there were 2 adults. The cleaning staff left 1 hand towel & 1 larger towel for showering. That was it. No samples of soap…..NOTHING I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone, nor will we booking a room here again!!!...

”Unfortunately I didn’t get to spend the entire night. I booked a king bed on the first floor with my pets and found the most disgusting infestation of bed bugs on the couches, and the beds. I packed as quickly as I could and brought physical evidence of the bugs to the front desk, where they did not seem surprised. Took some constant phone calls to get a refund. Be wary and be sure to check every piece of furniture in the room.”

”Overall it was quite good. Parking was about 15 a day in a garage immediately adjacent. Room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was solid, regular hotel hot breakfast fare (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, waffle maker, etc). Gym was nice, with several weight machines”

”Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine.”

”The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down.”
