”Great place”

”There is no shuttle from the airport, and there hasn’t been one for a while. You can take a city bus for a couple bucks and it will drop you off out front, but I’m not sure why it still says there’s a shuttle on all the booking sites. Definitely not a nice area, but it’s fine for the price. ”

”Great place on San Francisco. For the price this is a good place to stay. Bed good, room & shower clean. Nice staff and guard at lobby. Lots of restaurants, bars and grocery store near. Would stay again!”

”I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all”

”Bring an eye mask, the fire suppression system had a flashing light right by the bed. No toilet privacy in loft room but great for a solo traveler. Very convenient to the BART, Muni rail, and F streetcar. Most won't want to stroll the immediate area much, but there is a nice little Parisian cafe that opens at 5am and a Walgreens that opens at 8.”

”Loistavalla paikalla sijaitseva siisti ketjuhotelli. Kohtuullinen hintaan kuuluva aamiainen, miinusta kertakäyttöisistä ruokailuvälineistä. Huoneet siistit ja saimme sen hieman etukäteen palatessamme risteilyltä jo aamupäivällä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Majoittuisin uudestaan.”

”The location was really excellent. It was nice to have coffee and water in the lobby. The hotel was charming. The bed was bad. it was like a bouncy castle and quite small.”

”I was calling from 6.30 am and was told to call back at 9am. I was not spending the night so I was requesting an early check in. I was pushed from agent to another. I was also told early check in’s are not guaranteed which I completely understand but I had no help from anyone. An agent called niaomi just forwarded my call and then I talked to Rodrigo who was helpful but I was put on hold for 25 mint. Then called back at 10.30 and canceled my reservation which I was put through the front desk...

”Clean room, friendly staff, Bath tub was clogged up and water pressure of bathroom shower was far too strong (both cons are room specific, but still needs to be noted). Breakfast was great, but on the second day could not find a seat because staff did not clear tables quick enough. Overall decent stay.”
