”Though I'm sure everything in Melbourne in the same price group is equally snug, we found it awkward getting around the room because of the bed,in other words, the room was too small for all the functions it was holding. Our room had a kitchenette with basic equipment, which was fine in theory - just nowhere to eat your dinner,at least not with 2 people ! There was a (writing) desk and a chair. The bathroom was spacious and nice. Bed was okay, but could have been better,I thought.”

”absolutely enjoyed my stay at Bounce. Staff are helpful, the room, whilst small is incredibly well appointed with power outlets in good spots, and a super comfy bed. The hostel itself is lively and ideally situated close to the theatres and directlky opposite Flinders st station. big common area with a huge kitchen and lots of tables and spots for socialising. And there's a rad brecord store in the basement which becomes a bar with a generous happy hour after 5pm. ”

”City Limits suited our needs perfectly. The location is very good with a tram stop (Parliament) around the corner. We liked the breakfast tray which was left in the fridge, especially as we had some early mornings it was really convenient(2 slices of toast with butter/jam, cereal, milk and juice). For Good Friday we also got some hot cross buns as an extra treat. :)There was also a small kitchen with kettle, toaster and microwave.”

”I was a little skeptical before booking, it seemed like a really good deal for the price. I’m very low maintenance so dont need daily room service. This was awesome, two bedrooms, spacious lounge/kitchen, parking. The pool, spa and sauna was amazing! Easy to stay for the week and so central to everything!”

”Apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities, central to the theatres restaurants, Chinatown, tram stop right outside. Owner easy to communicate with gave a discount due to temporary problems with air conditioner that were beyond his controll. We will definately stay on our next trip to melbourne”
