”Clean and comfortable hotel room with a nice view. Staff was very nice and professional. The hotel is close to the subway station so the location is good as well. Only minus was that the windows could use some soundproofing, so that the noise from outside traffic doesn't leak in as much. Oh and breakfast was good too. Overall excellent value for your money. ”

”冷蔵庫の中のスイッチを入れても電源が入らず1日常温状態になり、口にすろのは不安なので処分しました。 次の日、コンセント横の小さなボタンを押すとガタンと音がして冷えてきた。 2日目の水の補充時に気づいてほしかったです。”

”The hotel location is excellent, just next to the subway exit, and there are so many local restaurants in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit. ”

”The room had space to put luggage on the floor and walk around. The bathroom was big and had the shower and the toilet separated by a glassdoor. The staff were helpful aswell. I stayed here for almost a week and liked it. ”

”Lotte hotel Mapo is located very near subway station so also the return to airport was easy and not expensive. Shopping center with many restaurants is in the same building so that was very easy to find a place for lunch or grocery shopping. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful and they speak very good English which is not very common for example at restaurants in Seoul. Swimming pool and gym were great. I can recommend this hotel for staying in Seoul.”

”Over all very good for the price paid. The room was small but not cramped. Bathroom was big enough and clean. Wifi worked well and relatively fast and the complimentary breakfast was also good. We enjoyed our stay and would concider staying here again in the future. Only thing I could complain about is the sound proofing of the rooms and the building. Noise from the other rooms and street were surprisingly loud but in the end it didn't ruin our stay.”
