”The description of this lodge/property is deceiving. Furthermore, the property is in dire need of maintenance and the room was in such an unacceptable condition that it wasn't safe to stay. We noticed a dead cockroach, lots of dirt, and a terrible stench. The desk clerk was extremely unprofessional, rude, and flippant regarding our concerns. We left in frustration in under an hour and had to struggle for days to finally get a resolution.”

”I like the rooms! Bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like the bugs and that there was not really an area for our party to gather around in celebration of a milestone birthday. ”If it weren’t for the kindness of the host, who accommodated us for an early check-in and late checkout, I would’ve given this zero stars. It’s totally rundown, looks like it hasn’t been power washed in 20 years, as soon as you walk up it smells like mold. The listing doesn’t tell you that it’s on a main street.
