”UNSAFE!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. We found out during checkout that our door did not lock; you could walk right in without a key card. There were random holes in the walls, curtains and shower curtains. The curtains and towels were stained. The pool is closed and the sign appears to have been up for a very long time. The "breakfast" is inedible and the equipment is beyond broken down. The elevator inspection on display is from 2020 and under Best Western - definitely not in compliance. I...

”Marcus at the front desk was phenomenal. He was very helpful and courteous. However while paying this much for our stay, one would expect the washers and dryers to be in good working order. The washing machines kept taking money. What should have been 4.00 turned out to be 8.50. Sadly the hotel is a cashless facility so getting reimbursed was torture.”

”Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine.”

”The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area.
