âHot tub was not home enough jets barely worked. Multiple towels in they're pool and trash all over, went to the pool close to when they opened in the morning so it's not a matter of it just getting trashy but negligence, the elevators had very dirty floors, half the lights in the room didn't work. Didn't get the room we booked bc they overbooked, leaving us short a bed we needed. Couldn't control they're heat/ac worth a damn, it was either ice cold or uncomfortably how. âWhen we first got there they got us a room we went up and someone was already in the room. Took them 30 mins to figure it out to get us a room. Then they had breakfast from 7-10 we when down at 830. And they didnât refill anything so we went some where to get breakfast. đ©â

Need more people at the front desk. The poor woman was running all around getting things for people and line was backed up a lot. Felt bad for her.
Pizza restaurant was very good and responsibly priced but very slow. â
