”We thought a lot of effort had gone into the design of the hotel, rooms and what it provided. The staff were polite, with a shout out to the chef who engaged with everyone to ensure any dietry requirements were met, the breakfast was fantastic. The pool was big and deep enough to swim.
The location was good, close to a cookery class and the Turkish stairs.
The only gripe would be that the pool did not open (until 9), after breakfast.”

”Our stay at Marina di Petrolo was wonderful. We had an apt as opposed to just a room, which we prefer. The infinity pool was amazing. Location is fantastic. The only thing that was missing, which we think would make the stay perfect, was a washing machine on the property. And maybe since we had a coffee machine, some complimentary pods would be nice, a few bottles of water, maybe some fruit to start us off. Especially since we were there for 2 weeks. Other than that, everything was excellent!”

”The hotel is in a great location. The garden is beautiful.
Breakfast, there is plenty to eat but items are very cramped- another table would be so much better and there is plenty of space for this.
Our mattress was very thin and sags in the middle. The hotel was full so moving to another room was not an option.”
