”The staff here is very accommodating. We wanted a room with a balcony and paid for one. We got to the room unpacked and headed to the balcony to find the door wouldn’t open. It was screwed shut. I called downstairs and was told that I should have been made aware of the issue and offered me another room with a balcony. ”My husband and I stayed at this property for Mother’s Day weekend. It was right after the storm in Tallahassee. The hotel only had lights in the lobby, hallways, and elevators. We didn’t have lights or hot water in our room, but it was still a great experience. The staff was very caring and professional. Considering the weather conditions, they put forth the best hotel accommodations. We will be there again regardless.”
