”The hotel has plenty of parking and a safe area, along with great staff. The front desk and bar were very friendly. The only thing I was disappointed about was the uncomfortable bed. My family couldn’t sleep well and we all had backaches after sleeping there”

”Staff was very professional and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. My only complaint is that the pool was cloudy, the pool floor was soaked and they only had small towels available in pool area. ”

”Hotelli on hieman vanhahtava, mutta perus hyvä! Huone oli tilava ja sänky hyvä. Vähän miinusta hotellihenkilökunnan käytöksestä. Eivät olleet kovin palvelualttiita... Tuntui välillä, että ärsyyntyivät, kun jotain kysyi. Hotellilta ei saanut Newportin karttaa, mutta hotellin sijainti on loppujen lopuksi oikein hyvä Newport visiitille!”

”Driveway had pot hole. Snack room had no water for sale for the entire stay.”

”I thought the property layout, design & finishes were done very tastefully. Wasn't sure I was going to like the concrete walls, ceilings & floors but it was great. My disappointment was the fee for parking. I had called to inquire about parking and was told parking was free and was then charged $20.00. Tried disputing charge but needed to speak to GM. Sent GM an email on Friday 5/10 regarding the parking issue.”

”There was no need for a car as everything was nearby. At night, we went out and admired the beautiful scenery.”

”Great holiday inn to stay at! 30 min from Newport. Mae at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. Even helped me print my tickets for Newport mansion tours. Breakfast delicious too. Yummy cinnamon rolls and mini cheese omelets. ”
