”Property location is really nice with good views, food was good. Room needs bit of furnishing, as there were no wardrobes.. Slightly over priced compared to the amenities in the room.
Hospitality was better when this hotel was called Manu Maharani, this time felt like corporate vibe with less personal touch.. More like money and profits..
Thanks”

”Clean property but need to take better care of the serving tray inside the room and also the amenities kept in the room. Overall a good property and helpful staff who proactively came to my room when the landline was not working properly…”

”The staff is friendly and accommodating. You may feel that the room looks different from the photos on the website. The room can't be described as clean, but it's tolerable. If you think the cheeper is better, I recommend you to choose this hotel.”

”The hotel charges sky high rates… I paid 12K per room night in a place like Nainital… in exchange of terrible food, unresponsive room service. The hotel relies only on it’s heritage status and nothing else. Would never recommend it to anyone.”

”We have booked super delux room through Agoda with a price tag of Rs 6000 /- approx for 1 day but our stay was a disaster in this property. They don’t have laundry bag , they don’t promptly provide scissor for tag cutting, they don’t have steam iron , they don’t have fan in the room and on demand they provide a damage table fan . Their comode is also dirty and old scratches and flush don’t work. Then after on checkout they asked for someone else food bill to pay and only on confrontation they...
