”The property is close to downtown La Fortuna. It's right off the main road, which I loved. There's a security guard at the gate at all times. This made us feel safe. The rooms were spacious and fully stocked with bathroom toiletries, minie fridge and coffee maker. No microwave however. The breakfast was buffet style with many fruit options and pastries. ”I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was spaceous and bed very comfy. There is free tea and popcorn and the terrace is a nice bonus. Breakfast was also good. Staff is very friendly and eager to help the guests. The B&B is about 5 min walk away from shops and restaurants. Altough it's Down/uphill. There is a corner shop and a soda few steps away, but I didn't try them. 4 star hotel for me. ”

”I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was a bit small, but it was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The location is excellent—right in the heart of La Fortuna’s downtown. It’s super convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and tour pickup points. You really can’t beat the access! At night, the sound of motorcycles can be a bit noticeable, but it’s totally understandable given the central location. It didn’t bother me much and was a fair trade-off...

”Amazing experience. The grounds were so lush and beautiful. The restaurant was also great- fairly priced and quick. Drinks were soooo delicious. Also overlooks the lush trees and even saw monkeys from here!! Another highlight is the staff. Specifically Kenneth in the bar and Isaac at the restaurant. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. This is less of a resort feel and more mountain cabin, but still has really great perks like the jacuzzi - we went in every night. Amazing spot!”

Our room was spacious and fairly comfortable and we felt very much like we were alone in the jungle while hotel and other amenities were very readily accessible. My only caution is that those with mobility issues could find accessing some of the rooms very challenging due to steep walkways that must be climbed to reach some cabins.
