”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

”What I liked the most was the staff that were always willing to help and when they see any animals on the property they would take you to see it. we also tried all the breakfast options which was very good. The hot springs were amazing the room was clean every time we came from a tour. We hiked on the property they have trails to go see waterfalls, ceiba tree and a farmhouse. What I didn’t like was they need more lighting and signage along the paths it was very hard to see at night.”

”This place is so beautiful! So many options for pools/spas. The trails through the property and views are stunning. We loved our time here! Only negative is the room noise. We stayed on the ground level and the noise of the room above us was terrible. Just walking on the floors or moving around the furniture was very loud. Otherwise it was an amazing time!”

”Hotel is really in a good area. We rent a car so driving out to the attractions weren’t too far from us at all. There are 6 pools/hot tubs to dip in and my son loves them all. My cleaning lady is so nice she made the elephant towel for us and she cleaned the room so well. The hotel is under renovation so some noise woke us up in the morning most of the time but overall we are happy with them. If we come back to La Fortuna in the future, we will definitely stay with them again.”

”Nice stay for one night. Room is very basic & small. Very good service at the reception. Enjoyed the pool & jacuzzis, and the small forest trail was a nice extra. Breakfast however was a joke: worst we’ve had in 2 weeks in Costa Rica. Cheapest possible ingredients and even coffee was bitter & bad (first time ever in CR :)”
