”Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down.”

”I stayed in the hotel for a single night alone during my trip to England. The location is rather remote from the main city centre and the surroundings near the hotel are a bit dodgy, without any services nearby. On the positive side, the Strood train station is very near the hotel, so if using this station the location is very convenient. No reserved parking is available at the hotel, only regular street parking.
The hotel itself is very barebones, with a tiny reception area and a very narrow...

”Hotels.com reservation did not work. I had the reservation number - they would not accept it and did not contact hotels.com right away. I had to get a screenshot from reservation after 45 minutes of struggle with mobiles and wifis. And after this they deny that we had breakfast included. Because there is no evidence of that... They did not even say sorry. Kindness level was worse than any hotel I've ever been in Finland.”

”Terrible!!!!
My husband and I were bitten by insect bugs!!!!
The place has got very old furniture, sticky surfaces, dirty and unpleasant odour!!!
The four corners of the room had insects blood stains.
Some of the lights were broken, the heated towel rail was not working, the heater was on timer and stopped working, the shower pressure was low!!!
The restaurant was shut and not receptionist available after 19:30!!!”
