”Front staff very welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. Beds comfortable, clean. We only spent one night, breakfast area loved. Had the fire table on made it relaxing, inviting eating there. Food was great. ”

”We were close to piers. Breakfasr Buffet was less than expected. Eggs were less than desirable, yogurt was fruitless flavors, no pancakes or waffles, or even syrup to smother tasteless eggs. Biscuits were good, but gravy & sausage was questionable. Coffee was very good..”

”We got corner room on 18th floor with great view towards the bay. I warmly recommend to pay some extra for that! Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm). Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We were very happy to our two nights staying in this hotel.”

”The hotel is brand new and clean. It is close to the train station but you have to heave your luggage up a pedestrian bridge to get to it. Fyi if you arrive "after hours" the door facing the track is locked so you have to walk all the way around the property to get in.”

”Pariskunnalle oikein sopiva hotelli keskustassa. Hieman ajan hammas on jo sitä syönyt varsinkin kylpyhuoneessa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Yksinkertaiset ikkunat eivät ihan suodata kaupungin melua yöllisenkään aikaan. Kokonaisuus kuitenkin plussan puolella sijaintinsa puolesta.”

”Nice and cute hotel near Union Square. Location is really really good and bed is super comfy and big as well as bathrobe. I think hotel is just renamed or renovated but since the building is super old rooms were quite cold and you can hear noise from the streets. ”
