”This was my second time staying at The Latch Inn. It has a lovely setting by the marina. The rooms are very majestic. The staff is very polite and oh so helpful. The breakfast dining room is lovely and the food was perfect. The only thing I would comment on is that there was a slight smell of gas coming from the fireplace in the dining hall which my husband reported to the staff and another guest also reported the smell that had been coming from their fireplace in their suite. ”A lovely B&B close to everything in Sidney. A purpose built B&B, with very quiet and comfortable rooms. A continental breakfast is delivered to your room, as often guests are heading to the ferry or airport. Worked perfectly for us. Room was very comfortable with our own heat control, fireplace, jetted tub and shower, and comfortable bed and linens. Great safe parking in the back of the inn. Highly recommend. ”

”The property was over priced for what it is , I had called the hotel to ask about adjusting dates due to a family emergency and the front desk person stated she would contact the manager and get back to me but I never heard anything and no mention at check in either ……. The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………”

”Fantastic property to spend a few days. Actual reality even better than the photos and description given! Luxurious fittings - especially two bathrooms with massive baths, and three toilets. Lounge was lovely, and balcony was a real joy to sit out and look out over the lake. Good kitchen amenities too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again! ”Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”

”It's hard to explain how beautiful the grounds are at Wetherly Inn! The hosts Merideth, Pete and Sam were really sweet and kind during our entire stay. We spent 9 nights at the Inn during our honeymoon and it was the best part of the whole Salt Spring Island experience. They have a great game room, large pool, and many private spaces for seating. I can wholly recommend staying at the inn, and this is coming from someone that does not even like travellong. ”
