”Pros: beautiful view, delicious breakfast, nice big pool Cons: wine cork on the room floor suggested it needed a better cleaning, room was 80 degrees and employee at reception gas lit me into thinking there was a ceiling fan, which there was not, other guests smoking on balconies Wouldn't return or recommend for the price.”

”The Waddling Dog is an experience. The room is a large size and is very comfortable. Clean and fresh with classical music on entry was a nice touch. Staff are top notch and the Self parking easy. Breakfast is one of the best in our entire stay. Plenty of choice and fresh with Protein and fruit offered. Waffles etc. The room makes this a good stop the breakfast makes it a GREAT stop.”

”Great central location for walking around Sidney's waterfront/downtown! Friendly and kind staff who made sure the breakfast nook was well-stocked and rooms well-kept. Nice view of the waterfront from our room on the ground floor, too. Though we didn't have cause to use the microwave, it was nice to know we had one. We also really appreciated the list of recommended nearby restaurants provided in our room! We leaned on that info to make dinner plans and were not disappointed - whoever put that...

”Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”
