”Room had a really bad smell, was really humid, the bathroom exhaustion fan wasn’t working, towels were old and worn out. Couldn’t try the breakfast, the breakfast was removed while we were thinking of grabbing something to go, because we were about few minutes past 9am (which is there closing time). It was just a one night stay.”

”We arrived checked in and when I went to the room the bathroom was disgusting the bed sheets were dirty the floors were dirty and the staff was not friendly at all. Despite of me calling I’m still waiting on a refund.”

”I booked through expedia for a room that said it could sleep 6 people with a king bed and a pull out couch (we have 4 little kids). When we got there, they said they dont have any rooms that sleep six people, and we had to get a roll away bed. It worked out okay, since our kids are small, but definitely not what we were expecting. The room was clean and i liked that it had vinyl floor and not carpet. The breakfast was so-so, same thing every single morning. Staff was friendly. ”

”In the 2 room 2 queen bed suite the bed is too close to the bathroom. All 3 of us scraped our legs on it a couple of times until I accidentally hit it very hard. The gash in my knee is deep and painful. When I went to the desk for some help the girl ignored me completely for several minutes. When she did finally acknowledge me she didn't look at the wound or anything. I asked her for some first-aid items. Noone else from the hotel has contacted me to see how I am. It has been 5 days the wound it...
