”I think the bathroom amenities could be a bit better, but everything else was great”

”The staff were exceptional, even though most did not speak English. The rooms were very average. Our room had a door to the outside and an interior door (odd). Everything seemed damp the whole time, but, that could just be because it was so humid and we are not used to that. Breakfast was terrible both days we stayed. If you choose this place, be prepared for going elsewhere after you try it!”

”needs major renovations , whole place smelled musty and damp, water from the shower gets all over the bathroom floor if you don't have the head practically hitting the wall, the pillows are HORRIBLE and the size of a small throw pillow, also watch your license plate, mine was stolen overnight.”

”Had never heard of this chain thru IHG's properties but really glad Expedia had it listed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the modern minimalist aesthetic of the room, almost European in character. Will definitely keep an eye out for this hotel brand in the future and highly recommend.”

”Breakfast was well done and plentiful. Better than I expected for 2-star hotel. Stafe was friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.”

”The pool was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety, but did not allow for dairy allergies. The workers were not open to offering help.”

”The staff was not friendly. The key didn't work. We had to ask for another that night. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. I asked for coffee, and there wasn't any. I had to ask for body wash. At 8:25 AM, there were no eggs, no forks. I would not stay there again.”

”The beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the TV did not work at all at first. An employee succeeded in turning on the TV, but couldn't make it play the premium channels advertised. Street noise, a flickering light outside, noise from the next room, and a 4am fire alarm (false alarm) didn't promote great sleep. However, the hot breakfast was nice.”

”Specifically stayed here again because of the airport shuttle service. When we checked in we saw service started at 5 am. Our plane departed at 5 am. Staff informed us their van had been taken as well as 8 other hotels. Service was provided from a “central location” not the hotel. Upper management decision. Won’t stay again.”

”Musty smell in the room. Linens and towels were washed but had some dirty spots. Friendly service.”
