We weren’t able to get a first floor room in building where we usually stay, the food was not as good and over the past several years we saw a decline. ”Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location”

”Me and my girlfriend had stayed at this location for Bloomsday and the staff was absolutely the best. They were very kind and helpful and very clear in the instructions. Parking was great and the surrounding locations made it very easy to find a place to have a meal. The room was also very affordable and the only issue I had was I felt like the water pressure could be a little better in the shower, but besides that it was perfect.”
