”Not having daily room cleaning and having to ask for clean towels. Never have stayed at a facility where rooms are cleaned every third day....... Also was issued a parking ticket that was only good for two days even though our stay was for four days. Even the desk clerk questioned why we were not given a ticket to cover our stay when we checked in. The desk clerk handled it and we were given another ticket to cover the rest of our stay.”

”The hotel situated in the perfect area of town. It is a throwback to very very old hotel but still looks perfectly preserved in feels very comfortable. Has a great Bar and Restaurant in the basement and several restaurants that are affiliates with. The staff are all friendly and helpful. And the facility seemed extremely clean. There's an elevator to go to all the floors but in the center of the hotel there's an open type of atrium with a balcony around each floor and ornate stairways winding...

”I wish the breakfast had more organic options (organic yogurt, fruit, etc.) that rather than options full of preservatives and chemicals. My bed was absolutely horrible, no firmness whatsoever and sagged terribly in the small very middle of the bed. The pair of 25 lb. dumbbells were missing from the fitness gym on 06/13/26 and the very next day, the pair of 20 lb. dumbbells were also removed from the gym. Our room was very clean. The fitness gym was missing clean towels and cups to drink...
