”Salvio met us when we arrived and opened his home and his heart to us. Whatever we needed, he was happy to provide. Arriving by bicycle, climbing the hill from sea level was hard, but well worth it! If we return to Siracusa, we will definitely be staying at the Kosmos. ”

”Nice large clean room and attached bath. Great albeit small shower but our first in 4 days that actually drained (yay)! Staff very nice & helpful. With an attached restaurant for drinks & snacks it’s very convenient. Only drawback is finding parking in the local lots as the parking is very difficult in the area. Be sure to download EasyPark app before you leave also as there is no on site parking at the hotel and several of the machines in the parking lots don’t work.”

”I thought the location so close to the train and bus station and within easy walking distance of Ortigia could not be beaten. The bathroom was the best I experienced in Italy and it was great being able to make my own dinner in the kitchen instead of going out at night. It was weird not having a person there to talk to but when I needed help twice the owner responded to my texts and solved my problem. It was great value for the price. I would recommend it to my friends. ”

”The room was really dark and a little untidy. Very plain and nothing special. Shower was tiny and because of it we couldn't close the shower curtain which caused a wet floor. I was actually disappointed in the room. The breakfast area was more "royal". Reception lady was helpful.”

”Beautiful property located 10 minutes from Ortigia and the city of Syracuse, best to have a car. Grounds are impeccable and you can easily spend your days by the enormous pool. Breakfast is great and staff is pleasant. Rooms are super clean we smelled the cleaning products as we walked in. Air condition unit seems to need some maintenance, but still worked. If you are looking for great beaches and have a car, this is the place, within an hour or less you are at the isola delle correnti...
