”I found the hotel to be very disappointing. From the start the ease of access was anything but easy. I parked in the parking garage on the 3rd floor being advised upon check in the room was on the 3rd floor. From there I had to navigate with several bags and take the elevator from the parking garage to the bottom floor from there cross over a small street to walk thru the lobby from there exit that area cross over another street, and try to figure out where to access our room. ”Good hotel, great location near shopping plazas. The hotel room was very good, although the air conditioner was noisy. Good breakfast included in the price. Although advertised as having a swimming pool, the pool was closed for repairs when we were there, which was unfortunate because the weather was very hot.”

”Ok, when we made the reservation in April, we booked a 2-bedroom suite. Asked if shuttle service was available, they said yes. So, we arrived at the Charleston airport, called Embassy for shuttle service, said they would be there shortly. About 25 minutes called again and they said they were on their way. Called again and in about 20 minutes and they said we do not offer shuttle service. Ok, we are seniors needing assistance. In a new city not sure what to do. Went to the car rental seeking...
