”It is a new hotel!! The property was very clean and staff was accommodating. I do have an issue and recommendations . Although I had prepaid for the room, I was not notified of the additional $50 hold for incidentals until we got there to check-in. Another issue that may get worked out once open longer is, I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t keep coffee or tea out after breakfast is over. They had literally just put a fresh canister of coffee out around 9:45, and came back and collected it...

The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom, and there was a stain in the ceiling tiles, which looked like office tiles. There was no mini fridge which seems like it ought to be standard.
