”Property was nice staff was good but I traveled from New York to stay for a tournament and it was rained out so I went to check out early(before 11 am) and was told that that everything should be fine to just go through Expedia and get my money back from the night I didn't use. Then Expedia contacted your hotel and your hotel said no they would not be refunding my money. ”Location is great. Front desk people were very nice. Breakfast very good. Room was nice and clean. Shower is very important for me and this one was perfect. Carpet in the hallway was little old but was clean and smelled nice. Laundry room could be updated for card payment, I never have coins. Website says they have EV charger, but was just I old tesla charger, be aware of that.”

”We are very picky about hotels. The Williamsburg Inn was so lovely that we ended up staying an extra night. It is a classic, luxurious Colonial hotel in a peaceful setting, just a block from the Main Street of Colonial Williamsburg. The rooms are elegant, the beds very comfortable and the staff incredibly professional and friendly. Staying in such a beautiful property so full of history was a true treat. We can't wait to go back.”

”I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. ”The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.”
