”Nice room, good restaurants and pools.”

”We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!”

”These rooms are like small apartments above the restaurant but you can't hear any noise at all unless you have the sliding door open and people are eating outside, the views are wonderful and the food downstairs is great! The only drawback is that there is no elevator”

”Second time staying here and honestly I love it. Super clean and the priority they give the customers is outstanding. We had family come from different states and this was perfect because everyone had enough space and it was very family friendly. The scenery is beautiful and close to so many stores. I would recommend to stay here for any occasion!”

”I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke...

”Clean, quiet, very large and comfortable space.”

”The room did smell a little like mildew and the room didn’t have a lot of light. Natural light and lights within the room.”

”Very nice place. I would recoment to friends.”

”The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked.”

She said VA was known to have a problem with them. I stood on the bed and banged a book against it, and it fell. I took another picture, to make sure I had identified it. I only stayed one night, and hardly slept at all. I found out that the contact info that the owner shared with me was only texting, when I...

”Room and facility was clean but we have state there several years and they need to update. Friendly helpful staff.”

”Outstanding cleanliness and great and extremely helpful staff. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in.”

”Staff were very friendly and the room itself was MASSIVE! It was like having our own 2 bed 2 bath apartment.”

”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”
