”The view of the river was awesome. Everything was walking distance. From morning coffee at The Mill to the golf course to the marina at night for dinner. All amenities were very convenient.”

”Bar had a strong selection of beer and wine, the pool was clean, and the arcade was a great touch. My 4 year old Nieces said it was "the best hotel EVER".”

”This property has the poorest WiFi I have ever experienced and the cell phone reception in that area is also terrible. The night staff could never be found and the morning staff doesn’t arrive until 9:00AM. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. ”

”Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

”The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. I removed the top cover from the bed, as it appeared as though not washed and used sheets and a cotton blanket. The windows really needed cleaning and...

”Everything was exceptional EXCEPT the bed was like lying in a bed and bricks!! Could not sleep the whole first night. The hotel guests could also benefit from a drink vending machine or small storefront. ”

”When I wanted to add a night they tried charging me 450$. Air conditioner was broken, and although they offered us to move it was 10pm and even though we chose not to move they were unapologetic about it. The hotel is old, but the room is well appointed. The one bright spot in the whole mix was the bartender was really nice and friendly. I would opt to stay somewhere else if I were you.”

”I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our room was clean, large, beds comfortable, bathroom and two sink areas were convenient. The deck was overlooking a pond and a nice place to relax after walking the restoration area. Being close to the hotel and restaurants was perfect. And, the staff were exceptional. ”
