”This is a unique property which needs some TLC. With all the surrounding competition they need to be on top of their game. We stayed 4 nights without having the room cleaned once.”

”One word- cockroach. I went to bed around 11:00PM, and I looked up at the ceiling to a bug I had never seen before. I texted my daughter a pic and asked her what it was. It was a cockroach. She said VA was known to have a problem with them. I stood on the bed and banged a book against it, and it fell. I took another picture, to make sure I had identified it. I only stayed one night, and hardly slept at all. I found out that the contact info that the owner shared with me was only texting, when I...

All the outlets and lights worked. Gym was great, nothing out of service. staff was friendly and very welcoming. breakfast was phenomenal. i hope they serve those cinnamon rolls forever because they are one of a kind. 24/7 coffee machine Fast Wifi is always a plus too”

”Always stay here when we come to Williamsburg. Great location to everything, clean and the staff is always super friendly.”

”Great location. Easy check-in.”

”With a daughter attending William & Mary, we have a lot of opportunity to travel to Williamsburg, so for our last visit we decided to stay at the Rochambeau, having heard very good things about this retro-styled motel. We were glad that we did! The property is immaculate, in fact I don't remember every including the phrase "immaculate parking lot" in a review. Ever. But that's the case here. From the driveway to the parking lot to the grounds, everything was, well, "immaculate." That certainly...

”The staff was very nice but this place unfortunately has roaches.”

”Clean, quiet, very large and comfortable space.”

”The breakfast wasn't great it was late every morning. Plus it wasn't the best like the rest of the Hoilday Inn Expree”

”Front staff were very helpful. Room was clean and close to attractions.”

”The Rental was very clean! And very large. I would like to have a set up like this for my full time home. It was wonderful. The kitchen was good size, Although I didn't have time to cook anything except frozen meals. I wish I would have thought to grab some extra coffee or condiments from home to supplement. The parking lot was a little narrow but this may be standard for this area. The staff was pleasant. Check in was very busy but checkout was streamlined.”

”Property looked more like a motel and one of my friends found bugs in her breakfast”
