”My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cedars. Host was super friendly and breakfast was always delicious. Room was clean. The only thing that I think needs attention was our bathroom. The shower could use a good spray for mildew and the drain cover is not attached to anything. But other than that I would recommend this place.”

Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

”What a treat to get to stay in a historic building in Colonial Williamsburg! Our room at the old tavern was very comfortable and we loved taking our morning cup of coffee out to the back porch and then walking through the still streets. In addition, the staff at the Williamsburg Inn went above and beyond for us during our stay. When we discovered that the rental car wouldn’t start in the morning, the check-in staff sprang into action. Our bags were tucked in a secure place and they drove us...

”The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. I removed the top cover from the bed, as it appeared as though not washed and used sheets and a cotton blanket. The windows really needed cleaning and...

”The location was great, and the staff was wonderful. We used the indoor pool, which was a lot of fun for the kids after a long day of touring. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were comfortable, but maybe a little smaller than I expected. Parking was plentiful and convenient.”
