”Very clean, comfortable room, very comfortable bed incredible breakfast biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, and pancakes The only thing that I would caution anyone about staying there is if you want to get in on an early check-in on the weekends forget about it. They’re very busy.”

”20 minutes waiting on hotel staff to check in. Manager agreed to an early (check out but never placed notes on account. Hotel was EXTREMELY loud due to kids baseball tourney in area... hence the need for an early day before check out...”

”The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.”

”I've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in Short Pump several times. The location is excellent. It's close to good shopping, nice restaurants and most important my mom's assisted living facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge.”
