”The staff were amazing and so helpful! This particular property has a split indoor/outdoor pool feature that my kids did enjoy. It also has complimentary breakfast and dinner options with an added bonus for adult guests 21 and older (wink). All around, everything was a great first-time experience for me because I had never stayed with this chain before. My room was spacious with gorgeous views. And my room was immaculately clean. Definitely will seek them out wherever I stay from now on”

”I've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in Short Pump several times. The location is excellent. It's close to good shopping, nice restaurants and most important my mom's assisted living facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge.”

”When we arrived, we were informed that even though we had a confirmed reservation there was no room. The reason the cleaning staff had not cleaned the room. So, after a long flight in the rain we were forced to fiend for our selves and find another place to lodge. I now am fully aware that an Expedia reservation at a Hilton property is worth a warm bucket of spit.”
