”Very clean, comfortable room, very comfortable bed incredible breakfast biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, and pancakes The only thing that I would caution anyone about staying there is if you want to get in on an early check-in on the weekends forget about it. They’re very busy.”

”I've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in Short Pump several times. The location is excellent. It's close to good shopping, nice restaurants and most important my mom's assisted living facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge.”

”When we arrived, we were informed that even though we had a confirmed reservation there was no room. The reason the cleaning staff had not cleaned the room. So, after a long flight in the rain we were forced to fiend for our selves and find another place to lodge. I now am fully aware that an Expedia reservation at a Hilton property is worth a warm bucket of spit.”

”No cooking utensils or plates/cups/silverware whatsoever despitead depicting fully equipped kitchen. Lobby and room were both sparse with nobody on duty in evening. Price was extremely affordable but glad to pay more for what was advertised for extended stay. Hard to get any rest due to commotion upstairs with people running back and forth at all hours with nobody staffing front desk to deal with it. Never again!”

”There were cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. There were little beetles that flew into our drink glasses. The very small round toilet seat did not fit the elongated toilet. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. One of the kitchen chairs was broken (like, really broken). The staff respectfully acknowledged the problems. Next time we look for a hotel, we’ll read the reviews more carefully before we make the reservation.”

”20 minutes waiting on hotel staff to check in. Manager agreed to an early (check out but never placed notes on account. Hotel was EXTREMELY loud due to kids baseball tourney in area... hence the need for an early day before check out...”
