”As with all hotels, the floor in the room always turns my socks brown but otherwise, a decent hotel. Felt safe and it was quiet. We traveled with two toddlers. All was fine. Room entry was external which was great because it meant we could park right by our room for easy unloading/loading of all the kid gear we have to bring with small kids. ”

”I stayed here three years ago, with a couple of my family members, and felt comfortable and safe. When another trip to Knoxville came up, this Holiday Inn was automatically my first choice. Staff is helpful, beds are comfortable, rooms are huge (at least my two have been). The only thing I don't like is the position of the towel racks by the sink; for those of us who stand when washing our hands, we either have to push the towel to one end and stand very awkwardly to avoid our clothes touching...

”This was a great stay with many conveniences, like Starbucks and dining in the lobby. Easy parking, convenient location near interstate 40. Several chain restaurants very close by. My only complaint is we chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool, but the pool wasn’t really heated. It felt really quite cold getting in, and my toddler was shivering within a few min. I asked the staff if the pool could be heated more, and they said there is an adjustable thermostat but they don’t have a key...
