”On the good side, as usual, these hotels are always clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. My dislikes were that the ice machine on the second and third floor were not working. The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. ”

”Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Parking was readily available. Restaurants and shopping were close by. Getting in and out of the hotel lot was a little challenging. ”

”While the breakfast was average for an included breakfast, the remainder of the stay was sub par. The room was barely serviced on our first morning(a weekday) and was not serviced after that. Usual supplies like washclothes, towels, and toilet paper had to be requested at the front desk each day. The overall condition of the property is less that optimal. ”

”I booked a room at Hawthorne Extended Stay in Knoxville, Tennessee, but it turned out I was actually booked at La Quinta Inn. That was a bit of a surprise and honestly pretty frustrating, especially since I noticed that Expedia had different prices for each hotel, which felt misleading. I would say that the picture in the Expedia is deceiving. La Quinta hotel looked renovated in the outside and the lobby looked nice, but the area around it wasn’t great. ”Room and hotel was nice, but it’s come to my knowledge that someone backed into my car and i wasn’t notified, i got informed of this days later instead of while i was staying at the hotel. ”

”Breakfast was great. Everything you could want. Bacon and sausage was fresh. Fruit, cereal, yogurt was perfect and fresh. ”
