”Okay for a quick overnight stop. Room smelt musty and smoky. Tv didn’t work well, very slow to load and change. Had a ground floor room so had to keep the blind closed due to privacy. Felt like being in a closet. Room was clean.”

”Aloft Knoxville has set a new standard!!! The staff gave the best customer service! Facilities and amenities were top tier! Clean, modern and comfortable. Complimemtary coffee and fruit was just what I needed to get my day started. I found my favorite hotel.”

”The hotel has potential to be great. It needs to be renovated. The pool area looks great but outdated.Indoor pool needs lounge chairs. Keyfabs needs updating. We have 2 key cards one works the other doesn’t end up getting 4 card key cards.”

”when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out.”

”Room maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Shower surround has a crack across the faucet & controls. Faucet and handles are very loose. Bottom of toilet had a huge yellowish/brown spot. There is no breakfast available. My impression is that the property may have recently changed ownership and maybe they are trying to improve it; if so, they have a long way to go.”

”It was a nice, clean hotel, perfect for our traveling family of 3. Highly recommend for a quick trip when you're looking for a decent place off I75. Bathroom layout was a little tight, but overall, a nice place to stay.”

”We were disappointed with a few things. We got there at 7:33 pm and no front desk check in person was present. Front desk was closed so you have to call them on the phone. Expedia info said 9 pm. The lady that had to come check us in appeared to be a bit put out for having to do it. Front desk wasn't open until 9 am so trying to get info or extras was a bit of a task. No coffee maker or dishes in the room was also unpleasant. Maybe we missed it in the descriptions but I have never been to...
