”There was blood on our bed sheets. Also, the floor was so dirty my feet were black when I went to get dressed in the morning. When we checked out in the morning and told the person at the desk, their response was, “We will have to check it out.” Not a good experience.”

”My room door lock failed. And one of the staff had the gall to say it was I kept the room too warm, when the bed covers were so thin that I could not sleep.”

”This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”This Days Inn by Wyndham gave me what I was in Knoxville for the Big Ears festival. This venue is about ten minutes from downtown. I had a good breakfast of tea and cereal each morning also grabbing some peanut butter crackers for later. I slept well all three nights. It was very quiet except for your normal interstate buzz, but my sleep was excellent. Thank you…”
