”The room was clean, and staff was friendly. Had everything I needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfortable.”

”It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area”

”Front desk staff was quite rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by checking in and asking a question. Hotel was clean. Strange not to have a closet in the room but it still had a place to hang clothes. Breakfast was better than expected. Stayed here only 1 night with a coworker for a business trip.”

”The property was beautiful and well maintained. I traveled with my dog and it was the perfect place to stay. I will definitely stay with them in the future.”

”Very nice hotel and a bonus was there was a good restaurant in the parking lot you could just walk to. My only disappointment was the website said it was 9.5 miles from the attraction I was there to see and it was at least 20 miles away.”

”The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. (This might be more on expedia than the hotel itself) When we got to our room the toilet didn't work, and had to call maintenance within first 5min of getting there. The next morning on our way out the trash by elevator smelled like it had old diapers in it, came...

”Clean sheets and a good night's sleep. A little noise could be heard from outside, but it didn't really bother me.”

”Not only did my room (Room 113) have bedbugs (I am covered in bites after less than a 6 hour stay), but the amenities are largely exaggerated at this motel. There was hardly anything available at their “continental breakfast”, and the room was visibly damaged (holes in the walls, a cracked bathroom door, non-working shower, and cigarette burns in all of the blankets). This was a hugely disappointing experience.”

”You get what you pay for. It was perfect for a place to sleep, but not a luxury hotel. We were mainly busy and the location was great for going between West town mall and Turkey Creek.”

”The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues.”
