”I had never stayed at a Drury Inn and I was traveling by myself. I appreciated the breakfast buffet and the dinner offered. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was also great!”

”Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions...

”Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross”

”The room was nice. The shower gel dispenser was empty. Beds were comfortable. TV signal was bad because of heavy rain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Your typical hot hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, waffles, juice, milk, cereal. They left the coffee machine on all day, so you could get coffee anytime. The pool was nice and clean. But the hot tub was green and smelled awful.”

”The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. (This might be more on expedia than the hotel itself) When we got to our room the toilet didn't work, and had to call maintenance within first 5min of getting there. The next morning on our way out the trash by elevator smelled like it had old diapers in it, came...
