”Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.”

”This place never reads the request that we can add while booking.... ie I always want first floor and always put this request in my booking yet every time I stay here they ignore my request. This time was no different the whole place was empty on my arrival and they wouldn't honor my request that I had on my booking... they say I have to call them to book.... they have done this several times to me as spend three nights a month in that town”

”This was an amazing experience for my family! We had 3 generations and people with many different needs and the space seemed to have something for everyone. A big fenced yard where everyone could play cornhole, enjoy the hot tub or chill on the porch or around the firepit. We could see the stars at night, it was peaceful, but being only a few minutes away from Show Low Lake was convenient for a nice day trip. We enjoyed the forest themed decor which was especially fun for our grandkids to find and count all of the bears throughout! The area was beautiful and quiet, and perfect for walks or just play time.
