”Everything was great but our flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. I am disappointed that we had to pay for a night that we didnt get to stay due to something out of our control. We were flying from WI to AZ so it wasnt like we could by pass the flight and just drive to the hotel.”

”Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! ”We booked a junior suite. Our suite had an adjoining room. The door between our room and the adjoining room was paper thin. We could hear every word of our neighbors from their bed. Worse, our other neighbor eith no adjoining door, we could hear their morning pee and flush routine. Ugh”

”I really enjoyed my stay here! The views are amazing and the staff was really friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Free parking was a plus, and I felt central to all the major sites. Walkable to Uptown shops and Tlaquepaque. I like that they have daily activities you can participate in. Enjoyed the S’mores kits for $5 at the activity center and the bonfires. ”We had probably the best studio room (302) of the whole resort! It was a bit on the side from other more "generic" rooms/buildings, and our patio extented to a secluded barbeque area. The room even had its own parking spot. It really had an exclusive feel, perfect for a romantic set, and we especially enjoyed the fact that we could have some cold beer from our fridge and other items from Safeway (~3miles away) to do bbq. ”The establishment was very clean the pools were very clean there were several pools the rooms were clean the only complaint I have is too many kids making too much noise and nobody was paying attention to what they were doing and they were disrupting our quiet time the teenagers thought the pool was a football field or playground”

”Beautiful place very welcoming, staff were very helpful with check in and suggestions for area spots. We also got a surprise upgraded room which was gorgeous. Spent a day by the pool relaxing, very good service there also. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again. Only issue was we can’t find a hiking knife we left in the jeep when we valeted car. We knew exactly where we put it. And the next day it was gone from the console. Disappointing end to the trip, it was a gift.”
