”Our quick stay at Reed’s Lodge was very pleasant. The room was beautiful (we chose The Marilyn Monroe). Beds were comfy enough and everything was clean. Some of the hardware in the bathroom was a little wobbly but not really a big deal. There aren’t a ton of breakfast options but my family of 4 were all able to find something we were happy with eating. I thought this inn was adorable and quaint and wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we come through Springerville.”

”We stayed in 301 deluxe rm. I believed was downstairs. We had to carry everything up very steep stairs. She said she'd put us downstairs but there wasn't anything available. The code was on the dark low doorknob. My husband had to kneel with his light phone to do it. Above hall lights there were nests of bugs! No waste basket in the room. When the tiny basket in the bathroom was full, I had to get a trash bag from the nice lady at the bar. The worst was that the floor was so crooked it...

”The owner checked me in and gave me a handicap room when I asked for a walk-in shower. It was very easy to have a shower. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet. There was a restaurant next store that was very convenient. Breakfast was very good in a lovely room”

”Located off a busy road so in and out was not fun, swing set not safe for children as it’s not bolted in place so will tip when kid swings, floor in cabin 11 wasn’t flat, made it difficult for my mom to get her balance,”

”The suite was clean and comfortable, with thick, soft bathrobes, soft white sheets and towels, nice lighting, and a beautiful rose garden and shaded patio. The guest lounge offered everything you could want for breakfast!”

”Room was small. Ancillary service for the room was provided every three days. Carpet in the common area needs to be replaced. Bathroom was remodeled and bed was clean.”

”Very nice property, clean and modern. Good breakfast. The only unusual thing was that they do not have in-room coffee makers. Instead they have two very nice 24 hour coffee brewing machines in the lobby. Sometimes you don't want to get dressed and go to the lobby right after getting up to get your coffee. Of course, it DOES taste better...”

”We thought the room would be more updated. Bed and pillows were not at all comfortable and very old. Staff was great. Place was clean. Not the best maintained.”

”The room was very comfy. Large Fridge was a great thing. Located in a convenient area, with plenty of parking. Only issue was, there was only 3 pillows on the bed. By the time we realized it, it was too late to request another. Due to that reason sleeping was uncomfortable. Also the fact that the pillows were very light & hollow was not a good thing.”

”We arrived mid evening and our requested room location wasn’t readily available, but their front desk staff provided us a great alternative. Comfortable room, quiet refrigerator, nice big TV, great shower. Breakfast looked good.”
